Here's a brief outline of what to expect when contacting Soundwave about an outdoor event or festival.

1. Call Soundwave with details of your event.

2. Soundwave determines the following information:

• When is your event?

• Where is your event?

• How many people do you expect in the audience?

• Do you require sound hire? If 'yes' what sort of music are you expecting? Dance, rock, pop,etc?

• Do you require staging hire? If 'yes' how big? Do you require a canopy or is the event in a marquee?

• Do you require lighting hire? If 'yes' discuss in further detail.

• How will power be supplied to the event? By generator or mains? Do you require power distribution to other areas of the site for a bar, caterers or stall holders?

3. Soundwave will provide you with a quote for your festival or event based on this information within 2 working days.

4. If the quote looks competitive contact Soundwave to arrange a site visit.

5. Both parties meet on site to discuss the event and look for any items not covered on the quote.

6. Soundwave then provide a specification and final quote along with terms, conditions and payment schedules.

7. If you accept the quote a booking deposit will be due and paperwork will be issued.
